This English text is a translation provided for information. In case of any difference in interpretation, the Dutch version prevails.
1. What data we process
From customers: name, email address, phone number, the address of the venue, the number of participants and whatever you write in the notes field. From professionals additionally: bank details, Chamber of Commerce and VAT numbers, and the data required for the SEPA mandate.
2. Why we need that data
To bring the booking about, put you and the professional in touch, record the arrangement and invoice the commission. Without that data a clinic cannot be booked.
3. Who we share data with
When a request is accepted we share the contact details of customer and professional with each other; that is necessary to carry out the clinic. Before acceptance the professional sees your name and, if given, your company name, but no contact details. Beyond that we work with Mollie for collecting from professionals and Resend for sending email.
4. How long we keep data
We keep bookings and the associated records for seven years, because tax retention rules require it for the administration around commission invoices. Data not covered by that is deleted sooner.
5. What we record about changes
Every status change of a booking is recorded with the time, who made the change and the IP address. We do this because we do not see the payment, and this is the only way to reconstruct afterwards what was agreed.
6. Your rights
You can request, correct or delete your data, insofar as we are not legally required to keep it. Send a message to info@biljartprofs.nl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
